Jana accepted Christ as her Savior at age five. 
Her father left the family when she was ten, and in that void she turned to her heavenly father,who is a “Father to the fatherless” (Psalm 68:5).
Jana participated in many church ministries in her school years, and thereafter served with Life Actions Ministries, a revival ministry for four years. Jana stayed as a guest in countless homes across the country while serving with LAM, and she often heard women apologize for the appearance of their homes. This motivated Jana to run a successful interior design business for several years, and to show women their own hidden decorating talents.
With design work as her muse, Jana was led to write and publish the book, Save Perfection for Heaven, and travel the country doing seminar events that have reached over 2,000 women. She is an incredible and gifted motivational speaker.
God did not stop with design and writing. Jana has spent 24 years in the cheerleading industry and now uses her experience and talents in many cheerleading arenas. She is currently the Spiritual Life Director for Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders. She writes their annual program devotions and attends their training workshops and summer camps. After coaching for many years at the Varsity level and taking many teams to national competitions where they earned high rankings Jana has become a cheer consultant for cheer program in the greater Phoenix area.
In early 2009 God led Jana to begin a new series, Hiding in Plain Sight, in which she explores the accessibility of God in a world that seems to be slipping further away from a true conception of who He is and how eager He is to be with us. This series if life changing and will be accompanied by seminars and engagements across the nation.
Jana and her husband James have been married for 20 years and have 3 children. They attend City of Grace Church in Scottsdale, Arizona. They are deeply involved with ministry.
